The sword used by Morgana in Persona 5

The sword deals 50 damage and has 10 mass, it can fire a "Wind" projectile which doesn't do much in combat (5 damage) but is super fast and can repel opponents (100 speed & knockback), it has a moderate cooldown (3 reload time)

How to counter:
Try to not get screwed by the projectile (like getting shot into the cauldron on that wizard map) and make sure you have a ranged attack, try to get close to the wielder then attack and retreat while the cooldown is in effect
