A mod that would make the beloved Wilhelm II as Kaiser forever.

An updated version of this Kaiser Wilhelm II mod.

Note: I remade this rather than update the original mod for the sole reason that the original mod files was deleted in my old laptop thus I couldn't do anything about it except watch as people ask repeatedly for an update.
Upvote this mod would ya, because I'm sort of disheartened to see that I am forced to abandoned my mod that had 4 stars rating on it.

Anyone know if this still works? In my game the kaiser still died in the vanilla event even with this mod enabled
