Description
Welcome to the Equality State, Wyoming!

Leader: Nellie Tayloe Ross, 14th Governor of Wyoming and first female governor anywhere in the United States.

UA: "Equality, Bison, and Gold"; Unhappiness from number of Citizens cut by 40%, and Camps and Mines provide +1 Gold and +1 Culture. Bison provide +5 Culture.

UI: National Park; provides Science and Culture and claims surrounding lands. Consumes the Worker.

UI: Wyoming Fort; provides a little Science, Culture, Production, and Faith and claims surrounding lands. Consumes the Worker.

Man, don't you think this civ is too OP? You could change the perks to only gain extra gold & culture from bizons, not from every camp, lower/remove the happiness bonus and nerf national parks and forts. I appeciate your work, but this Civ one of the most unbalanced civs I've ever seen
