UA: "Rhododendron"; +1 Production and +1 Culture from Mines and Fishing Boats.

UB: Wholesale Store; increases the city's output of Gold. A city must possess a Market before it may be constructed.

UB: Coffee Shop; increases the city's output of Gold. Contains Merchant specialist slots and provides Happiness.

UB: E-Commerce Giant; unique National Wonder that increases the amount of Gold a city generates provides +10 Gold, four Merchant specialist slots, and a free Great Scientist and a Free Great Merchant.

when encountering ANY civilization cities immediately begin to be razed in order to bash the fash.....80% trans community amongst youth reduce population growth by 80%

Add UB: "CHOP ZONE": +1 happiness but city is razed by burning and looting in 5 turns in each city implementing
