About
You can spectate players and choose spectate mode on SPACE,
You can choose player you are spectating with MOUSE1 and MOUSE2

sv_spawns_specondeath <0 or 1>
Spectate on death
unspec_all
Usspectate all players
stop_spectating
start_spectating
