Up until now, turning a video or a GIF into an animated VTF file used to be a hassle.

I made a few FFMPEG scripts which can:

• Turn a GIF into an MP4 (to convert easier, but get the GIF's source instead. GIF looks bad)
  
• Trim a video
  
• Help you crop a video, if needed
  
• Scale a video to Power-of-Two videos (1024x1024...)
  
• Extract all frames, which can then be imported to VTFEdit

Using these i can extract a clip out of any video and convert to a VTF in under two minutes.
At least the recording of me doing it was about 90 seconds long before i edited it to a guide.
