TNO: Removed Countries

Description
Merges countries with no content or game impact. Should lead to a performance increase, although IDK by how much.

Currently South America, Western Africa, Western China and Central Asia are merged together. May add options to re-release nations or merge Sphere members together in the future.

Will impact the flow of certain runs (E.g goering's invasion of the OFN)
