Description
This mod attempts to bring the Enchanted Arrow Upgrades from Drackyrie's Wood Elf Enchanted Arrow Upgrades (WEEA) mod into line with Boyz Will Be Boyz - Closer to Tabletop overhaul (CTT) balance and design.

This features:
-Tweaked deepwood scout caps (hidden swiftshiver caps and increased base deepwood scout caps)
-Standardised upgrade effects and missile weapon stats for units
-Upgrade cost and upkeep increased to be in line with CTTs costs
-Custom battle units have received CTT stats

This does not change:
-The unlock requirements.
-Moonfire/Starfire use WEEA effects (ie blinding and leadership penalties)
