260 Max Sec - Simple/Safe/Profitable - Alpha18

My current prison I am using for Alpha 18. It goes off a lot of efficiency ideas I have been perfecting over the past few Alphas. I prefer my prisons very simple and focused on being as safe as possible while making as much money as possible. No fancy layouts or prisons looking like flowers here.

Things like kitchen structure to make cooking quicker, generally open plan prisons to avoid congestion, a good regime to maximize profit while ensuring prisoners are always happy. Basic things like double jail doors on congregation points to avoid blocking, centralized showers and multiple generators always help.

This prison only has 1 workshop due to the way they work in the current alpha, but this can be expanded to 2 very easily. I chose not to as the program plan gets a bit messed up with multiple workshops. Plus there is plenty of spare money to change whatever you need, and spare space to ensure it wont get overcrowded.
