Description
What the title says.

This applies to both you and the enemies, there is no way to circumvent this with my knowledge of modding.

Note that there is still the same thoughness scaling as in vanilla, meaning that you'll get knocked out longer with low thougness and shorter with high thoughness, it's just reduced on both ends.

Now i don`t hasve to wait so long to kill hungry bandits, and can just whack em and chuck em. And my low level men don`t stay knocked out for 10+ minutes when they get hurt.
