TRK's Water Gun

Description
DISCLAIMERS:
This mod has been discontinued, there may be bugs and glitches. I do not have the time to get back into Ark modding, thanks everyone for the bug reports, feedback and kind comments.

This mod will not work on dedicated servers untill further notice, if you know how to replicate level instances on a server DM me.
There are some known cases where the water either doesn't function or where water creatures die after reloading, I sadly have not had time to look into this, sorry for that.
This mod is very overpowered and easy to abuse.

Description:
This mod adds a utility gun that allows you to spawn in a pool of water. Use this to make lakes, aquariums, canals etc, or do stupid things like fill up volcano with water.

Check out Lunchalot Gaming's showcase of the mod here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFUFLvDTdAc

How to use:
1: Left click top corner of your pool.
2: Select width of pool, left click to confirm.
3: Select length of pool, left click to confirm.
4: Hold right click and hold 1/2 to raise/lower pool water level.
5: Hold right click and hold 3/4 to raise/lower depth of pool.
6: Press left click again to confirm final pool.

To delete hold right click and press left click while aiming at pool.
To delete all water volumes hold right click and hold 1 then press 2.

Hey @Hirnsausen. Another mod dev contacted me a while ago about this, I then realised I lost the most recent source files when my drive died. I had a backup, but it was too long ago for me too realize if/what was missing.

Anyway here is the source:

At the moment, I cannot see the water gun engram or craftable, that's why this mod needs to be made "OpenSource".

Can you please make this mod "OpenSource" on GitHub? This could allow us fans of your mod to keep it working and also to remove any bugs, maybe even to create an ASA version, as your mod is really a useful one.

anyone looking to keep fish from spoiling in those stupid baskets, DL dinostorage 2.0 and soul trap them. they dont spoil or starve that way and you throw them out (in water) re-basket them and use them to tame shadowmanes.

@Goatzandstuffs that's 100% correct. sadly my card's only a 960 so certain things load faster than others, namely dinos load faster than parts of the world when i fly across them. so basically when you either move extremely fast or teleport from one location to another (basically anything that makes the game re-render space) the dinos will load faster than objects in the world and with dinos that are purely aquatic, they'll actually just get deleted as the game sees them as being outside of the water and that's a big no no. sadly since the water made by this gun isnt apart of the world; it loads slower and thus the fish in it load before it, get marked as out of the water, then deleted. ran a test and spawned in a fish on land, it stayed for maybe a milisecond than despawned. so there's something in ark's code that forces "out of water" fish to despawn.
