UA: Emblian Contract
Each time a unit promotes by gaining a level or upgrading to the next era, gain culture based on the units level and how many cities you control.

UB: Emblian Court
Replaces Courthouse. In addition to the regular benefits, the Emblian Court provides a percentage boost to culture in science to offset the losses to each respective yeild when capturing a city.

UU: Contract Warrior
Replaces Pikeman. Slightly weaker than the pikeman, but gains EXP 50% faster. Not effective against cavalry units.
