Dwarf Fortress Names for O21 Forgotten Realms

Description
Replaces Dwarf, Elf, and Goblin names with Dwarf Fortress names and naming convention.

Names are per DF entity files - dwarfs use 'artifice' and 'earth' Dwarven words, elves use 'nature' and 'poetic' Elvish words, and goblins use 'evil' goblin words. All names use one word for the first name and a compound of two for the surname.

Faction and settlement names are also changed. These just use all the words from the DF language files, with no particular preference, but ordered like you would expect from DF.

I've had a look at it on a few occasions and haven't been able to get it to work yet. The patching that O21 uses is a weird custom one and it seems like it can't be patched into with XML any more. I looked at it again earlier this year and could get it to change the name format but not load the name list.

Dwarves have been re-enabled in Forgotten Realms. Any chance another look can be had at this now?

@Holgast Just give it a couple of weeks, I ain’t even bothering with my races yet. Let the big fish sort out the kinks first ahaha.

I've never used HAR before so I'm kind of stumbling in the dark with the optional faction things 🤣 I'll at least remove the 1.3 designation for now.

Yes he updated it recently. Also he disabled the Dwarf race for the time being as there is a problem with HAR and beards. (Which I have run into myself, what with female aliens having beards)

You might want to double check your patching against the 1.3 changes to [O21] Forgotten Realms. There are a large number of errors atm when using the 1.3 preview, and with 1.3 releasing on the 20th...
