M110k1 Upgraded Capability

Description
This mod adds an Upgraded Capability variant to the M110k1 from Tier1 Weapons which shoots 6.5 Creedmoor, as well as a black retexture for the UC variant. The bullet I used to model the ingame 6.5 Creedmoor is Hornady's 147gr ELD bullet, which has a G7 ballistic coefficient of .351.
