Description
Adds the Southern Zhou dynasty led by Wu Zetian to the game.

UNIQUE ABILITY: GREAT CLOUD SUTRA
  • Earn Golden Age points from completing Wonders and spending Faith on Units in owned cities occupied by a Spy.
  • Receive a Spy upon adopting a Religion in the Capital.

UNIQUE UNIT: DRAGON MARTIAL
  • Replaces the Crossbowman.
  • Has lower base Combat Strength, but +1 Movement.
  • Gains +25% Combat Strength when within 2 tiles of a friendly Spy.
  • Earns Golden Age points from kills.

UNIQUE BUILDING: SHIKU
  • Replaces the Garden.
  • Requires a nearby Mountain instead of fresh water.
  • Provides the Belief Building of its city's main religion (or a Monastery) for free.
  • During Golden Ages, yields +1 Food, Science per Faith-yielding Building present in the city.

Chu Ko Nu and Paper Maker are no longer the uniques of Wu Zetian.

I hope all that remains for now is to wait until Liu Bei mod is released. The reason is that the Paper is mostly invented during the Han period, while the repeating crossbow is invented during the Three Kingdoms period apparently when Zhuge Liang launched the northern expeditions against Cao Wei
