Fixes the massive stuttering caused in certain circumstances.

This mod only fixes the worst cause of stutter! Read the full description for more info. Your game will still stutter when saving, taking hi-res timelapse images, and in the late game.

The game has an issue where if you reveal too much of the world without getting the Outdoors Renovations achievement, the process of checking that achievement will start to cause intense stutter. This appears as a large frame drop roughly every 0.5-1 seconds, while your framerate is otherwise fine. This is easiest to notice if you use debug on a fresh save to reveal the entire map, and try to pan the camera.

To fix this, this mod only allows the game to check the achievement once per cycle, nearly completely eliminating this cause of stutter.
