Description
The Marquess of Ostia charges head first into Rivals of Aether!

Hector is a heavyweight brawler with great defense potential. Although with what you may expect of the archetype, he has less than stellar movement stats.

However, he has mechanic that can offset these weakness at least a small bit. When parrying/tanking attacks, you gain 1 point of meter, allowing for more damage, and even better movement at higher levels! But this buff isn't permanent, if you take exactly 30 damage while you have meter, you'll lose 1 bar and will have to build it up once again.

This is well done, however I do have some suggestions for improvement.
For one Nair should have two connecting hits, as of now it just feels empty.
Another adjustment should be Neutral B dealing more hits, at least it should have a second hit upon returning, as otherwise you just deal 6% for a lot of endlag.
And make B air stay out a little longer

Less needed but appreciated changes include:
Up B could recieve a little more momentum, at least on higher meter.
Down B could use more purpose for usage, like changing the weapon or using a vulnerary. So you would hold down B for the other options then press a direction to choose and release the B button to get the chosen option, and simply tap it for the mine.
Finally give almost all moves a 30% crit chance upon reaching full meter, to refference the game and to make filling meter more appealing

No idea if this character is still being worked on right now, but I think overall he's well made. The biggest issue I see is that it feels like Armads' wrath (the meter mechanic) isn't terribly impactful in a match. It can be difficult to fill up (though that's probably mostly a skill issue) but more importantly, losing the meter by taking 30% just makes it feel like it doesn't do much. So I think maybe remove that part of it and he's be just that much better.

Very Good

He's a really tough fighter and i love his overall moveset. But in comparison to base game characters or really any workshop character he's incredibly small, barely can hit others, and gets out-ranged by anyone. I get he is designed around his 8-bit character but if his attacks can't hit anything. If you were to update him to be 50-80% bigger he'd fit in much better.

I haven't found any desyncs when I played character. Not entirely sure though.

Uh, he instakills with dashattack and causes desyncs online if he starts walking.
