Rapid 2-axis Sticky Controller

Description
If you want to turn 2 reset axis into 2 sticky axis then this controller is for you. It improves over other controllers by reacting instantly but experiences a little rebound if you hold the axis in an "up" position for long. It's nothing severe so I couldn't be bothered to fix this. Thank Xela250 for this horrible microcontroller because that was his idea.
