Description
Midnight saw the destruction of most of Weld CO's capital ships. Even fewer weren't scrapped for desperately needed resources. The Hephaestus was the only one to escape both of these fates and become the last ICG era warship in service.

I built this ship quite awhile back and its seen a number of refits, since then the heavy armor hull has been replaced with light armor, modded weapons have been added and removed, and the rotor turrets have been rebuilt for survival friendliness. As such there might be a couple errors, one of the more blatant ones being the line of fire on the large anti capital rotor turrets (yes I'm fully aware they have ♥♥♥♥♥♥ line of fire). Any further upgrades or refits would likely require a full overhaul of the hull and interior, which is something I probably won't do.

It's beautiful, but I don't think I'll use it because it's not performance friendly, specially on servers

I probably wont improve it, tho the thought of completely overhauling and rebuilding it crossed my mind, I won't it would take quite a bit of time; because I would have to rebuild the thing from the ground up.

Found another missing connection, the vent to the CIC and therefor the top Deck gun is missing it's connection. Also as a suggestion the reactor next to the survival kit could be rotated which would create a bit more redundancy in case of extensive damages.
FYI. Not trying to make you feel like a dumb dumb with such a big ship mistakes are bound to happen, just want to help you improve it ;)

Hi, modifying your ship to make it server legal and see how it fairs on a pvp server. Only allowed 12k blocks per grid and several limits on blocks (e.g. 8 welders, 16 decoys, ...) and some other stuff.

Anyway your design looks really nice and look forward to testing it out but found that there are 8 turrets + their welders that are not hooked up to the conveyor network. The last 2 turrets at the back of the ship on either side and bottom and top are not connected (4x2), easy enough to fix though. Just figure I'd give you a heads-up.

I'm not able to replace this bp with a newer version and Im not entirely sure why, whenever I attempt to do so it makes a new published bp. I had similar problems with another publish of mine so it could be a steam or SE problem.

Thankfully the problems with this bp are an easy fix. First replace the outdated turret slaving script then turn off the off the other programmable block running it. Finally remove all of the turret groups that have options for a turret pop up when you click them (or any of the turret groups with just an interior turret in them and nothing else).

Nice! Just a few notes:

Both programmable block 3 and programmable block 4 are running the slaving script. You only need one, having 2 will make them fight each other and reduce performance.

The turret slaving program is a bit out of date and as such is missing some performance improvements: (v120.1.2 vs v112.3.0)

Deck cannon 1, 2, 3 and 4 as well as PDT 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 have setup errors and are inoperable
