Mountain Resort Winter

Description
This is a beautiful mountain resort settled near the river with its own water turbine included, which powers the house and more. Near the river, there is a wood forest with dirt roads. Also included in this resort is a great garden which compliments the house and which also comes with a pool.

VERY RECOMMENDED TO PLAY ON 64 BIT GMOD! & HAVE ENABLED MULTI-CORE RENDERING VIA CONSOLE!!!

Beautiful map, sadly a victim of Source Engine just being complete garbage nowadays
