Backpack window top arrange button

Description
So...You found yourself nice, big traders backpack with huge inventory, stuff it full of goodies and now found out that you cant get to things all the way down? Or maybe you want to use arrange button on it? Fear not! This mod will move backpack inventory "Arrange" button to the top of the window.
