Hey, thats a Rainmeter suite I made & posted on the Rainmeter subreddit. I'm not really sure how to add those as on/off options to wallpaper engine, but if you download Rainmeter and the skins outlined in my Reddit post you linked (all free), you can get the visualizer & date.

Do you think you could add the visualizer and date in the wallpaper with an on/off option? Like, that would be AMAZING!!!
