MP Bots Tweaked

Made a few modifications to the MP bots to make offline more enjoyable:

- Bots don't mindlessly sprint into bullets and actually crouch! (gasp)

- Bots aim quicker, shooter further and (mostly) are more accurate

- Bots use weapons added after launch (Gun not unlocked? Pick it up off the ground)

- Bots camp more often and explore more areas of each map


There are, however, some drawbacks:

- In an effort to expand bot killstreak usage, I broke their ability to use killstreaks at all. I'm too dumb to fix it.
( May or may not be a negative depending on your preferences. I mean uavs don't affect bots and raps are annoying! )

- Bots have their 'derp' moments from time to time. Delayed shooting while aiming, shotgunners shooting too far away, wallrunning endlessly when trying to climb, bots aiming too high with added weapons..
( It doesn't happen ALL the time but if you're playing S&D and the last bot alive is playing Titanfall on the side of a building the whole match then you'll understand my pain. )
