Equipment Dock Income

Description
Adds NPC interactions with Player/Alliance owned equipment dock stations. Which means they will now be a source of new turrets and modules.

If a player is in system it spawns a ship to manually trade. If there is not a player in system the trade is triggered instantly.

Module is randomly generated based of sector loot table, and is triggered once every 3 minutes.

Not working for me, can't copy the error in the log but in the console it's got

equiptmentdock_npcs.lua:27 attempt to cal' lfield 'hasDonator' (a nil value)
equiptmentdock_npcs.lua:27 in function 'isSpawnCandidtate'

Keep cropping up, I guess every time it tries to make a trade.

@Maverick044 - it should be working, at least it did last week when i was updating another mod. But shout out if you run into any issues.

This one does not work with V2. The Resource Depot Tax still works with 2.0 though but with reduced resource gains.

@terhun11 once you build the station, it will generate modules and turrets for you over time, at no additional cost to you. So it is a source of income, but instead of getting money directly, you get modules, which you can either use or sell as you wish. Hope that helps!
