Thermal Beacon Display

Description
This script display the current range of the grid's thermal beacon, the max possible range the grid can display to, the current power usage, and the max power output.

Instructions:
Add the tag "tracking" to the LCD and/or cockpit you would like to display to. The tag is not case sensitive.
The program will also display on the PB screen automatically.
