It's LoR conversion bug, you need to fix it manually

The actual item doesn't seem to appear in-game on the character you might have to fix that.

You forgot to include the mod's item id, So I had to skim through alot of folders to find it.
Folder's called "2317045303"

Hatterene, yes, thing is that it is a common problem with skins in LoR

You need to fix it manually, i added a new pic so you can follow my little instruction (just be sure to click on it for full size)
Also this work for any other skin too
