New Jersey Transit/New Jersey DOT GG1s

Description
In 1976 when the New Jersey Department of Transportation took control of passenger rail, they acquired some GG1s from Penn Central and Conrail. In 1979 when New Jersey Transit was created they acquired the NJDOTs GG1s and used them all the way to 1983.

NJT/NJDOT/CNJ Budd coaches as well as Amtrak GG1s coming soon

Are these supposed to show up in 1967? Because my game is in 1971 and it's not showing up in the locomotive list.
