Install:

Go to Documents / My games / KillingFloor2 / KFGame / Cache / 2314173787

And place it at:

Documents / My games / KillingFloor2 / KFGame and place it in Published folder and if its not there, make it and call it Published

there's a mod that does just that:

and what this mod does is replace mask textures to make glow i believe it works with this mod
i believe its a mutator and this is kinda like replacing stuff so only single player and maybe if you're lvl 25 and or bored or something you know
