Scavenge Single Player Mutation

Description
Normal Scavenge mode but on single player

How to play :
Mutation->Change Mutation->Scavenge Single Player

Bot mod used (required if you want to make survivor bot can scavenge):

How to enable mod on scavenge:
1. Open folder Left 4 Dead 2/left4dead2/cfg/
2. Open addonconfig.cfg with notepad or any text editor
3. Change scavenge value from "scavenge" "1" to "scavenge" "0"
4. Save the cfg

worse than no bots at ALLLL none of them know how to fucking kill ANNYTHING and they all feel the need to run off in three separate directions and then we all die before a single fucking can even gets in the tank. I tried I really did but I would rather just wait for real non lobotomised people- ID RATHER GO OUTSIDE THAN PLAY THIS HORRIBLE MUTATION EVER AGAIN

For some reason, it won't allow me to spawn as infected. It just says "Spawning is disabled." How can I fix this?
