Behemoth festive spruce

Description
Is the festive spruce from Frontier just too puny for your awesome zoo? Want your guests to be struck in awe of how could a tree be so massive? This is the tree for you! Use flatten terrian and tunneling so that mechanics can access the transformer and water treatment under the tree, and the presents are a small staff room and a small keepers hut :)
