Petram Junk Bus (Early Game Rover)

Description
Early game battery and solar powered rover for use in Petram's barren wastes. 3 large storage containers, 3 batteries, all light armor, two solar panels to avoid hydrogen engines due to the scarcity of water. Mostly used for running ore and salvage back to base. Don't forget a decoy for thunder in the dust storms.
