Description
"Silesse was founded by the Wind Crusader Ced. Under the guard of the valiant Pegasus Knights and Wind Mages, Silesse proved to be impenetrable by any force in Jugdral. As a result, Silesse successfully maintained its neutrality for the hundred years following its foundation."

In this mod, play as the Silessian princes, Lewyn or Ced, and lead the valiant Kingdom of Silesse to victory!
Note: This mod requires Gods and Kings and Brave New World to work!

Lewyn's Silesse's gameplan revolves around the idea of population growth, and making the most out of the influx of Great People points potentially earned from their UA. Although a certain degree of luck is involved in maximizing Forseti's Fortuity, Lewyn's components help to maximize the chances of success and earning you oodles of Culture and Faith!

Ced's Silesse is much more straightforward than his father's, embracing a mix of Culture and City-State bonuses to succeed. Ced works best peacefully protecting and working with City-States within his sphere, intervening when necessary against any sort of foreign invaders, made easier with his Magi UU!

Lewyn's Silesse
UA: Forseti's Fortuity
Cities with at least 5 Population have a chance to generate a burst of Great People points when they grow. Great Works provide +1 Faith and carry over 5% of food when a new Citizen is born (maximum of 25% per city).

UU: Wayward Troubadour (Great Musician)
+1 Movement and Sight over the Great Musician. Can enter rival territory without Open Borders. Can build Gales of Forseti improvements.

Gale of Forseti:
Can only be built by Wayward Troubadours. Can be built on resources, but cannot be built adjacent to another Gale of Forseti. +1 Faith, +1 Culture. Provides a small burst of Faith and a permanent +2 Happiness when built. If built inside friendly territory, provides a small lump sum of Food to the nearest city. Units starting their turn on a Gale of Forseti receive +2 Movement. If pillaged, this improvement is destroyed, and the pillager is displaced off their tile.

UB: Wind God's Geas (Opera House)
On top of the normal Opera House bonuses, also provides an additional +1 Culture and +2 Faith. +20% Great People generation in this city. Slightly increases the chances of Forseti's Fortuity triggering whenever this city grows in population. Upon being built, this city loses -2 Population and gains a small burst of Wayward Troubadour points in return.
Can be built an additional time with slightly greater yields. (+3 Faith, 2 Musician Specialist slots. Comes with 2 slots for Great Works of Music. Further increases the chance of Forseti's Fortuity triggering in this city. This second version also removes 2 Citizens upon being built, and removes 1 Citizen for every 3 Great People Generation generated by this city.
Ced's Silesse
UA: Winds of Liberation
Defeating hostile units in or near City-State lands grants Influence with that City-State and a We Love the King Day in the nearest Silessian city. We Love the King Days are +5% longer for each City-State ally, and cities celebrating We Love the King Day earn +15% Culture.

UU: Magi (Rifleman)
Weaker than the Rifleman (31 vs. 34). +1 Movement over the Rifleman (3 vs. 2). Combat bonus from flanking doubled. Heals for an additional +10 HP outside of friendly territory.

UB: Sailane Hamlet (Zoo)
Doesn't provide +2 Happiness, unlike the Zoo. +1 Happiness and +2 Culture for each outgoing Trade Route from this city. During We Love the King Day, the Sailane Hamlet generates +1 Culture for each City-State you've pledged to protect (up to +10).

That's the power of Forseti, baby :BloodWillRain:
Interesting take on him though, I hadn't considered that playstyle myself! I hope you enjoyed playing as Emperor Sety boi :superel:

Turns out Ced is a great warmonger candidate to play as if you enjoy erasing civs from existence. All those city-states that were former allies with the dead civ suddenly loves you thanks to Ced's UA tallying up all those influence points in the background. :BloodWillRain:
