Hitless Runs

Description
Adds functionality for doing hitless runs. Any damage immediately kills you. Enable/Disable while playing.

You don't need this mod people, goki's things does it better and gives you a lot more options.

@Ganarus I have seen one similar. However, it doesn't show the right cause of death, and you cannot disable it in the middle of a run.

I have other things planned for this mod as well.. e.g. choosing to play a "hitless first floor" run and other things

@Cruncher Yeah, he is why I made this. Taking his advice to play hitless first floor...

I shared it with him, so he knows it exists if he wants it 👍
