Remove ION mod

Description
Removes ION thruster from the build menu.
NPC spawning with Ion thrust should still work.

I also created a "Remove Atmo mod", intended to use on a rover/hydro server

- Includes Sparks of the Future Sci-Fi thrusters
- Includes Warfare 2 thrusters
