[Stock Replacement] Nuke Turreted Cannon

[Stock Replacement] Nuke Turreted Cannon seamlessly replaces (infamous) stock Nuke Turreted Cannon, lowering its mass and cost, decreasing profile, and vastly thickening the armour to make mounting this module on ships a bit less of a suicidal idea.
Muzzle velocity, tracking speed and rate of fire have also been increased, along with spread (to make better use of splash and make things a bit harder for enemy PD).

This replacer is not perfectly conservative with regards to weapon's footprint but should not break any designs using the original module.
