Hesruk's Potion of Beastial Memory and Natural Learning Fix 3.0.0

Description
This mod both removes the spoil timer and allows for stacking (up to 100,000) of the Potion of Beastial Memory and Potion of Natural Learning.

Sorry, Alien71947, I didn't see your comment until today. I don't seem to be having an issue on my servers. Is this still an issue? If so, what map are you playing on?
