Yo Frantic, i made a few little modification that could inspire you.
I linked your Roll control surface with your flaps for better take of
removed a lot of weight
got rid of the extra useless small engines
redirected the exhaust fumes
improved boyancy
reshapped the hull
better water steering
more fuel
