Description
A perfect training schedule to help improve the squads overall fitness levels but more importantly this schedule will help improve your tactic familiarity and team cohesion.

Ideally friendlies should be played on the Saturday whilst using the schedule.

Yes... i personally would run the pre-season training schedule for the first 4 weeks of pre-season playing friendly's on Saturdays with the occasional game mid week, making sure your main tactic you plan on using is set up and ready to go at the start of pre-season, this way your players will have gained a considerable amount of tactical familiarity come the start of the season. Obviously then at that point switch up your schedule for the best ever v.2 for the remainder of the season.
