Note: Some civics with effects on worker type (such as Merchant Guilds) are not changed... yet

Oh yeah, not that either. The scripting system isn't that flexible unfortunately

@Fikus It depends! Graphical mods should be fine, but I don't think it will work with any mods that change vanilla civics
