Description
Make your Silos better, with advanced technology! Advanced Construction makes your Silos considerably tougher (100 -> 150), and able to launch 2 missiles at once. Additionally, Heavy Missile tech is made slightly cheaper. (85 -> 70)

Once the tech is researched, silos are automatically upgraded.

It is not, but I can make it multi language. The combined version of this mod, Legendsmith Modpack, is multi language.
