Description
Ravel Residential S

Info:

This is the small apartment block from the entire pack. It is a beautiful modern apartment block. I left the bottom part of the building so you can decorate how you want, with little shops or garage doors and so on.

If you use the painter mod you can color the building with any color you want.

The entire set is exclusive on my Patreon account.

This is in the category of LOW Resicencial. I would say, it should be in the High Residencial category. Does not fit in a low density neighbourhood.

@Sunny Dean: Yes, the asset is garbage to me now, but that was in my beginner phase. Compare it to my last assets on my profile page, for example: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2846023520 Also, nobody asked you to pay anything, so I don't see the point of your attitude.

TSA, you should be *really* thankful that someone spends their time, energy and imagination to create these beautiful assets that you can use for free. The author's time is valuable and he needs to monetize his passion - earning money for his work will also increase the quality of the assets, in the long term. It's a win-win situation for everyone!

Are you living in 1970 USSR, by the way? How come that, by now, you don't understand very basic capitalist principles?! If you don't want to spend money just move along and shut the f* up! You don't go to a Tesla's dealership and ask for a free car, because everyone should be a "creator", lol :steamhappy:

TSA if you want free asset for your self , why don't you go and spend your free time modeling it, doing textures and optimising it and then you will have it ... no one is forcing you to pay a single penny. If you want you can have it, if not ... you know procedure... But leaving comments like this is unacceptable and very childish! Grow up ! I don't have a good PC so should i write such level of comments to people who do high res assets that they are forcing me in to something???

And how am i forcing you to pay anything? Subscribe to this building and plop it on your city, that's it. Nothing forcing you to pay.

@tsa_entrprise_k: 90% of the stuff i make on patreon end up on the workshop for free.

Patreon should be without bribing. If people truly appreciate your work, there should be no need to withhold assets from them. This isn't supporting your work, this is an addon that you pay for. Supply the entire set or supply nothing, because this is just shitty. While I understand that you likely need money, perhaps a better path would be just having completely different sets on patreon, rather than forcing people to pay you to get a fucking cities: skylines workshop addon that should be free in the first place.

Be a creator, not an exploiter.

@chris6d I can understand that, especially if you want more buildings from different creators, 5$ here 5$ there and you end up with a lot. I do want however to make a lot of stuff as simply early access, and then share them free on the ws, but that depends on the work I put into an asset
