Description
This is HV lift SV designed to lift HV from harsh environment such as high gravity (>4g), narrow valley, mountain, and high sloped place where CV cannot land.
Special thanks to Tarsis and PJ-pete for their ideas & suggestions.

* Minigun Turrets to clean up the ground troops
* Plasma Cannons to clean up the drones before landing.
* Full Thruster Mode (Control Panel) - to cope with high gravity (1.5 g~ 4 g)
- please turn Full Thruster mode off in usual cases because it is hard to control due to the high acceleration.

Special Notes:
* Loading HV : When loading HV in the CV, please maintain HV Lifter nose up to stay undocked. Otherwise you cannot dock HV on SV.
* You cannot dock HV Lifter while HV on it (game limitation), so please unload HV and dock this SV separately - I added special docking place for HV Lifter in my Modula Host ship.

The Heavy HV tank in the screenshot is Skaar-Ripper-T4, which is awesome tank to take out ground POIs. (one of my favourites.) >link: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2185368870

I also designed special docking space in my modula host ship as shown in the screenshot.
