Difficulty Modifiers Apply to Players and AI

Description
Sick of seeing your settlements rot at -8 public order while the AI can support 3 stacks off a single city? Do you want to see just how it feels to be on a completely equal footing? Or just run around Norsca and only suffer 1/5th attrition damage? Then this mod is for you.

Appears to be save game compatible. I'm only modifying the difficulty setting stuff, so it SHOULD work with everything else.

Keep in mind, the Legendary changes will only work on Legendary, so this will ironically make Easy actually harder.

Changes:

v.0.2 - 21/11/2020

Player negative/AI positive autoresolve modifiers have been adjusted/removed:

Multiplier for the value of the player's melee units in autoresolve changed from -0.01/-0.05/0.07500001/-0.1/0.15 to 0
Multiplier for the value of the player's ranged units in autoresolve changed from -0.01/-0.05/0.07500001/-0.1/0.15 to 0
Extra Siege equipment modifier bonus for AI vs Player removed (might remove this since it's not strictly a difficulty thing)
Multiplier for the value of player's melee units in a siege vs the AI changed from -0.15 to 0


v.0.1 - 15/11/2020
- The player will gain 0/0/100/250/500 passive experience per turn for all units.
- The AI has a lower line of sight for its agents (I'm aware that the AI has a maphack, I'll look into disabling fog of war for the player)
- The player's buildings are 0/-50%/-60%/-70%/-80% cheaper to construct
- The player has a lower resistance to occupying territory (10/40/50/60/70)
- The player can recruit units that cost 0%/30%/50%/60%/70% less
- The player has 3/4/5/7/9 bonus replenishment for all units.
- The player's characters have 10/10/12/14/16 bonus replenishment.
- The player has 0/0/-10%/-15%/-20% less upkeep for all units.
- The player suffers -30%/-50%/-60%/-70%/-80% less attrition in all territories
- The player is immune to Horde infighting
- The player has 2/3/4/5/6 global recruitment slots and 2/2/3/4/4 local recruitment slots
- The player has 20/40/60/100/125 bonus growth in settlements
- The player has 5/6/7/8/9 bonus growth for hordes
- Colonising costs 0 money (it will still consume troops)
- The player will gain 10 influence per turn and have a 0/0/25%/50%/50% reduction in the cost of Intrigues if they are playing High Elves.
- Slave rites are now free on all difficulties.
- The player generates 4/6/8/10/12 of their ritual currency per turn in the vortex campaign.
- The player has a 60% reduction in the decline of their Slaves
- The public order penalty for slaves is reduced by 20%/30%/40%/60%/80%
- The AI has a +1/0/-2/-4/-8 change to their public order. (I might adjust this to a flat 0 public order on all difficulties if the AI just explodes or something)

Notes

I've also adjusted "Research Cost Mod" and "Technology Research Points Mod" and "Economy Tax Mod", but I have no idea what these actually do. I am extremely smart.

Future Ideas

- Remove fog of war for the player.
- Adjust the battle difficulty settings.
- Adjust diplomacy maluses

"Adjust autoresolve maluses" : it's a very nice idea, lot of people can't play a lot of manuel battle beacause of part loading too long and we got lot of probleme about auto resolve only...
