[Item] Boney Tentacle Thing

Since the first one was so popular, here's a new type of tentacle thing. I'll likely make more in the future but I'm currently mainly focusing on a Butchery level I've been working on.

This tentacle thing also has different powers. Its tentacles are still sharp, but don't lacerate, and it isn't radioactive. Instead, it is deadly and freezing, to symbolize the cold embrace of death.
