The last room can be trivially cheesed by running at the turret with both players.

Wow it's true, I didn't realize that at the moment, I will fix it as soon as I have time.

The last room is super easy to cheese. Just use the blue jump goo to get the companion cube and crouch behind it to make it to the turret without being shot and press the button.
