Hollywood Hogan

Hulk Hogan shocked the world when he was revealed as the third man in Kevin Nash and Scott Hall's invasion of WCW in 1996. Hogan led the New World Order throughout much of the stable's run in WCW and the WWF.

Hollywood Hogan was often in the WCW World Heavyweight Title scene during his time as leader of the nWo and have five reigns with the company's top belt under that gimmick.

Hogan notably lost the title on Nitro to Goldberg, only to regain the belt from Kevin Nash several months later with the fingerpoke of doom.

Hogan stayed with WCW until the company closed, then rejoined the nWo in the WWF after Vince McMahon brought the group back during a feud with Ric Flair. He faced off with The Rock at WrestleMania X8 and turned face mid-match thanks to tremendous fan support. Hogan was kicked out of the nWo shortly after and reverted back to his red-and-yellow face persona.
