[Obsolete] Canada Focus Tree Fix

This mod has been added to the game so is now redundant unless you plan on backdating.

Updated for By Blood Alone (1.12.11)
Just a small mod that fixes Canada's focus tree to be less awful by making the focuses "national steel car" and "send in the zombies" no longer mutually exclusive.

You won't get achievements using this as it changes the checksum.

It should work on new versions of the game even if it says it is out of date. But drop a comment if you run into any issues.

and now you'll no longer need to update this once the latest patch comes out because Paradox finally got rid of them being mutually exclusive!
