Description
Reduce vanilla Mortar cooldown 28s -> 1s.
Mortar rounds per minute(rpm) increased from pathetic 1.9 rpm to the one of modern artillery - 12rpm.

Hi mate! Thanks for awesome mod. As mortair artilleriest I was really surprised that in Rimworld you need so much time to put shell in barrel and after it also to ajust scope for such a long time. Could you please advise if you can add 1.5 tag in about?

Combined with better mortar accuracy mod and edited the fire rate in your xml. So far so good. Thanks Ed86!

light version what? its single xml file, change it to w/e you like with text editor

speaking of 1s is too slow, real infantry artillery has rpm for ~15-25 rpm, i guess rw artillery is more like howitzers with their 2 rpm, but unlike howitzers it barely does any damage and hardly can hit anything

@BlueTheFurry dunno i dont use any VE, i've heard VE mods are bugfest, but being modded i bet they are OP, you can calculate rpm with cooldown+aim time/60

Would it be possible to get a lite version of this? I definitely feel like the vanilla 28 seconds is too long, but 1 second feels cheap and also makes sieges far more dangerous.

This makes me question what the Shells Per Minute is of the Artillery from that Vanilla Expanded Security mod.
