STORY:

The shipping manifest you found at Puff's bar leads to these two warehouses in the harbor district. After the incident at the bar, they will likely be making more ash to make up for the lost product, as well as having more guards. The front entrance is well guarded, so you'll park your car there and enter from the docks via boat. There's a punk in the warehouse nearest the dock that manages the place, so he'll need to be silenced. after you take care of him, destroy the ash and kill everyone. the note mentioned a safe in the front warehouse, so check it before you head out.
