Cryoplasm Controller

Description
Machine which can kill/revive or teleport to Cryoplasm Spawners.
Those spawners are part of Frozen Factory DLC.

You can craft it anywhere for free.
Machine requires Climate Control Centre to work properly.

If machine tells you "Loading Segment...", then just press button again.
If for whatever reason it doesn't work, then report in comments.

The info about destroyed spawners is saved inside of CCCCC
So the stuff isn't saved if climate centre doesn't exist (or isn't loaded)
